MEASUREMENT INSTRUMENTS and RAPID PROTOTYPING
The company is equipped with a latest generation 3D scanner for the detection of samples and the dimensional control of the finished pieces.
DESIGN
The production process begins by making measurements on the sample provided by the customer: plaster sample, roller article, drawing etc.
With CAD3D software, the various components of the mold are designed with extreme precision and will be processed later in the workshop department.
PRODUCTION
Thanks to the latest generation CNC milling and turning machines, we guarantee the highest quality machining with rapid execution and low costs. The raw materials are always available in the warehouse.
STORAGE
The molds and equipment are stored in a special warehouse to guarantee maximum speed in the supply of membranes and coatings.
SPARE PARTS
In addition to membranes and coatings, numerous spare parts for isostatic presses and isostatic molds are offered: atomized loaders, suction cups, deburrers, rollers, etc.
